Does anyone else think commercial aviation has gotten way less comfortable in the last decade?

Would you rather fly in a cramped, efficient plane or a spacious, slower one if it meant less stress?

Should commercial airlines focus more on passenger comfort, or is efficiency and speed what we actually need?
