#user frustration

Why do websites keep redesigning their buttons to be harder to find?

Why do apps change their layout and break everything?

Why do music apps keep hiding the shuffle button in updates?

Does anyone else feel pressured to update their phone’s OS just to keep up with apps?

Has anyone else noticed software getting simpler yet feeling more frustratingly dumb?
